Beautiful little Mateo came to visit me for his Scottsdale newborn session at just 8 days old. He had the sweetest, most plump face and sure preferred to stay awake rather than sleep. I secretly love that because it gives me more time to snuggle and just enjoy baby!

I was patiently waiting, along with Mateo’s parents, for this little guy to make his way into the world. I had the pleasure of having them over at the studio and also capturing their maternity portraits before this little guy arrived. It was so fun to first meet Mateo and see not only how much he looked like his dad, but how both his mom and his dad lit up in his presence. Mateo is such a lucky boy!
